Synabix was founded in 2025 by cloud practitioners who kept seeing the same story: ambitious cloud strategies undermined by sprawl, surprise bills, and advice that served a vendor more than the client.
We started Synabix to be the partner we wished our clients had — vendor-agnostic, outcome-driven, and honest about trade-offs. We don't sell infrastructure, so our only incentive is to make your cloud work better. Today we deliver migration, managed operations, security, and cost optimization across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.

Daniel founded Synabix in 2025 to help companies get real value from the cloud without the complexity and overspend. Over fifteen years he led cloud transformation programs at a leading cloud consultancy and a Fortune 500 fintech, where he saw the same pattern repeat: ambitious cloud strategy, undermined by sprawl and surprise bills. He started Synabix to do it differently — vendor-agnostic, outcome-driven, and honest about trade-offs.
Sofia Marchetti
Co-founder & CTO · Austin, TX
Sofia is a cloud architect who leads Synabix's migration and engineering practice across AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure. She has designed and delivered large-scale migrations and modernization programs for regulated enterprises, with a focus on landing zones, automation, and reliability. She believes the best architecture is the one your team can actually operate — and she builds Synabix's playbooks around that principle.

Jennifer owns client engagements, delivery quality, and customer success at Synabix. She has spent her career making complex technical programs run on time and on budget, leading delivery teams across managed services and professional services organizations.
